Qualified applicants are welcome to submit a proposal following the guidance contained in the individual active RFPIs. Applicants intending to collaborate with one or more entities [components suppliers, cell manufacturers, etc.] should verify the availability of necessary resources and support during the application process to ensure the successful achievement of their proposed goals.

Each application proposal must also be accompanied by the signed RFPI Agreement, Financial Documents/Statements, and the supporting proposal documents outlined in the RFPI template.
